指腰部酸楚不适。临床以肾虚较为常见。《张氏医通・诸痛门》：“腰酸悉属房劳肾虚，惟有峻补。”宜用金匮肾气丸、青蛾丸、补肾丸、六味地黄丸等方加减。腰酸常兼见腰痛。
病因病理

腰酸是由什么原因引起的？
腰酸常见的病因可概括为四大类：
①由于脊柱骨关节及其周围软组织的疾患所引起。如挫伤、扭伤所引起的局部损伤、出血、水肿、粘连和肌肉痉挛等。
②由于脊髓和脊椎神经疾患所引起。如脊髓肿瘤、脊髓炎等所引起的腰酸。
③由于内脏器官疾患所引起。如子宫及其附件的感染、肿瘤可引起腰骶部酸痛，这种病人往往同时伴有相应的妇科症候。
④ 由于精神因素所引起。如癔病患者也可能以腰病为主诉，但并无客观体征，或客观检查与主观叙述不能以生理解剖及病理知识来解释的病，这种腰酸常为癔病的一种表现。

腰酸容易与哪些症状混淆？
应与下面的症状相鉴别：
1.腰膝酸软 腰膝酸软是中医所说肝肾亏损的一种症状。症现于四肢五官，病存于五脏六腑。
2. 腰骶部酸痛 慢性盆腔炎症形成的瘢痕粘连以及盆腔充血，可引起下腹部坠胀、疼痛及腰骶部酸痛。常在劳累、性交后及月经前后加剧。
预防

腰酸应该如何预防？
1.护腰带或腰部支撑物的使用，可限制脊椎活动，减少机械性受力，矫正不良姿势，也有助於轻疼痛感。
2.避免碰撞、突然跳跃、扭转之运动，切勿攀高举重。
3.须预防便秘，可多食新鲜蔬果及高纤食物。
4.保持适当的运动。
5.女性请勿穿高跟鞋。
6.保持愉快放松的心情。
