小腿酸痛是有多种原因造成的小腿肌肉酸痛，是多种疾病的症状，一般是由小腿的筋骨长期劳损，缺钙，慢性疾病等引起，中医则认为与气虚有关。

小腿酸痛是由什么原因引起的？
小腿酸痛病因有很多，局部循环不良，周边血管病变或脚部静脉曲张。环境温度突然改变。饮食中的矿物质(如镁、钙)含量不足。某些慢性疾病、孕妇的发生率也会提高。甲状腺过低、尿毒症或其它身体疾病。运动神经元疾病，脊髓神经根病变或周边神经病变。某些降血压及降血脂等药物也会引起等。
小腿乏力酸痛中医认为多与气虚有关。中医认为可能受外因风、寒、湿，或由于内因怒、思、恐过甚，或由于不外不内因如房事不节，伤肾精气，外伤伤筋动骨，饮食湿、寒之物伤脾等原因所致。

小腿酸痛应该如何诊断？
根据病因进行诊断。也可能是腓肠肌乏力，有可能是缺乏锻炼引起，体质抵抗力下降会四肢酸软，也有可能是缺钙。
小腿肌肉经常在清晨酸痛，而且在白天也感觉小腿肌肉无力。这可能是你的小腿供血不足，以及你小腿的筋骨长期劳损所致。

小腿酸痛的鉴别诊断：
小腿肌肉酸痛：属于运动中的正常生理现象。肌肉收缩产生能量的同时，肌肉内也发生着一系列变化，三磷酸腺苷、磷酸肌酸、糖原分解放能。若强度过大，血液循环跟不上，氧气供应不足，乳酸堆积，将刺激神经系统，引起疼痛。

小腿酸痛应该如何预防？
每天必须进食能够生血的食物，比如肉类、鱼类及蛋类等各种食物，这些食物是生血之源，只是量多或量少，因人而异。在中医来说，气生在血中，力生在气中。换句话说，血足，气才会旺盛，力气才会大。
在双腿酸痛且无力时，暂勿用腿过劳，最好少做或休息为宜。不然，会造成小腿更加虚弱无力。
